Nick Millican has weighed in on a new plan that may revitalize one of the most storied areas in the city of London. Bishops Avenue, known as Billionaire’s Row, has been for some time in a state of disrepair. 

A number of local architects have announced plans to give the area a new spin. Whether or not they can succeed still remains to be seen. As Nick Millican and many of his peers have noted, these plans are nothing new. The area of Bishops Avenue has been in trouble for quite some time. 

Many of the rich residents that used to populate the area have died off or moved out. As a result, there is a lot of empty space. There are also vast areas that are taken up by decayed and crumbling mansions. And this is when real estate experts such as Nick Millican come in.  

What can be done about these properties remains to be worked out. Nick Millican has given a cautious level of support to the architects who desire to renew the area. He has commented in a positive manner over some of the ideas that they have expressed (Twitter). 

For example, he seems to have given assent to plans to build a number of affordable homes. Populating the area with a series of lower cost homes could help to revitalize it. This is the idea that Nick Millican and his peers in the London real estate agency have expressed. It will be some time before these plans can move forward. In the meantime, new opinions can still be bandied about.
