Nick Millican has never been afraid to forge ahead of the crowd. This is a quality that the real estate expert has exhibited on more than one occasion in the past. His latest publicly shared goal has been to identify some of the easiest places in London to rent a room. 

He has done so with the aid of a few of his peers, Nick Millican informs. The results are a wealth of new and vital data. The property purchase market city of London has not always been the easiest place in the world to call home. This also applies to the present day in regard to renting a room. 

Certain postcodes, such as Upper and Lower Edmonton, N18 and N9 respectively, have proven to be some of the easiest. This is due to the fact that they are among the lowest priced postcodes in the city. Nick Millican comments that other areas, such as Lee, located at SE12, have also proven to be easy to access. 

This does not mean that every property in the area will be amenable priced. As real estate expert Nick Millican has pointed out, he does not have control over every postcode. Even so, he is able to show off properties in this and other postcodes that are well worth your attention (Thebossmagazine). 

Chingford, which can be found at the postcode E4, is one of the newest entries on the list. This is due to the high number of newish properties that have proven to be quite reasonably priced. Nick Millican and many of his peers have shown it special attention.
