Well hang on we are about to give you some numbers…

In a recent article published by “The CBS Interactive Business Network… cited that some  “ Sixty-three percent of Americans aged 50 to 59 said they are concerned about whether they will have enough money to maintain their desired lifestyle in retirement.

The picture is slightly better for Americans in all other age groups, but not much, with 50 percent expressing such concerns. Yet, when asked how much of their retirement assets they would be willing to invest in the stock market, 32 percent of baby boomers surveyed replied, they would not be comfortable investing anything at all in the stock market.

In addition, less than one-fourth (22 percent) of respondents of all ages would be comfortable investing more than 30 percent of their assets. These findings highlight a growing dilemma for many baby boomers that are behind in their financial retirement planning,as many may not be able to generate the investment returns necessary to adequately fund their retirements.

WOW…how scary is that?

If you happen to be within this age group, as we are, this is not really something we need to tell you, as you already know it, but what should be interesting to you is to have some validation in some of the thoughts your having…but does that really help?

Being in this age group we have stopped investing so much  in the stock market and decided to invest  in the one thing that we  can rely on….

US…yeah that’s right we decided to invest in ourselves.  The way we’ve done  it was to create multiple streams of income, which in itself sounds fantastic but you might be wondering just how hard that is to do… Well it really depends on your attitude because as we get older we realize that attitude about anything really is the biggest deciding factor;with that attitude comes other interesting things that will be an advantage to you.  For example do you have the attitude if you fall you simply dust off your pants and keep going, if you fail…do you simply learn from that and move on, do you believe in yourself, God and Country, are you afraid of some hard work, and most of all do you have patience…

We do…in fact we have all of those things and that is what has made us successful…we are not afraid to learn from man or women, those younger than us have plenty to teach us, and believing in yourself is something our Country and God has been telling us for years, and we have never been afraid of hard work…hell we grew up as “blue collar” our entire life is about hard work…why would we be afraid of it now, and then finally… patience…that was the hardest to grab onto for Paul as he has not been the most patient of men.

I think more women are more in tune with patience than men.  One thing I can tell you for sure is Paul has found a definite increase in his patience as he has gotten older…So with all of this being said what are you thinking…do you know what  your retirement dream looks  like…are you thinking…you can do it…you should do it…and by God you will do it…but you need help…that’s cool.

That is what we are here to do for you and that is to give you the confidence and knowledge until your ready to ride that bike on your own…it’s what we do.  We made a promise to ourselves once we made it though that long dark tunnel with only a pin point of light to the other side that upon reaching it we would make it our mission to help people just like we were to keep from falling into the pitfalls, and spending thousands of dollars on “Guru’s” that one…had no clue what we were thinking, and two only wanted the money and would constantly bombard us with new launches of how we would learn this and that if we only join this or that club which in essence was pay me more money and I’ll teach you nothing but how to make some quick cash, but never teaching you how to build a lasting profitable business….

Find Out Who Your Market Really Is!

Now that you know who you really are from reading our last post…

A Question that can change your life….

You need to take the next step and find out who your Market Really Is.

Your Golden Egg per say.

Just as you found your CORE Identity in the exercise of describing your perfect

average day, you need to find your markets CORE Identity.

You need to know them inside and out…need to know what they want…

and what they really want.  You MUST…MUST Care and help them move toward

their true desire.

You need to know things such as:

male or female

Age

Are they married/single

in a relationship

do they have kids

If married what does their spouse think of this Home Based Business stuff?

What is their biggest fear?  Frustration

What do they want, where do they hang out?

What do you have that can solve their obstacles?

Once you’ve really broken down what/who your perfect prospect is

and you know all there is to know about them, you will find it will now

become easy to market to them.

You don’t have to be a good copywriter

You don’t have to be a good salesman

And you don’t have to be a marketing genius

Once you know your prospect all you need to do is speak to

that one person, direct all marketing as if you are talking to ONE PERSON

Speak directly into them, by pulling what you know about them and showing

them why you care and that you have solutions to the very problems they are

thinking.

You know their likes, dislikes, fears, joys. frustrations, so talk directly to them

and show them how you can solve their fears and anxiety.

Design everything so you are communicating to that one prospect.

The biggest mistake most new home based business owners make is

trying to sell to the world. You need to focus in on people that are all ready

looking for you, help them find you by talking their language.

What is a Specific Purpose in life…and why do we need it?

Before we get into the understanding of what is a specific purpose or the why do we need it let’s examine the words by themselves by breaking them down individually as defined by the world renowned Webster’s…it states:

(Specific: Specified, precise, or particular: a specific sum of money, something specific, as a statement, quality, detail, etc)

(Purpose: an intended or desired result; end; aim; goal, determination; resoluteness, or to set as an aim, intention, or goal for oneself, or to intend; design. to resolve to do something)

So there you have it, however, putting these two words together means putting together a precise intent or desired result.  Focus on precisely what you feel the need to understand, and know, but at the same time you want to be specific with your goal and set in your mind a particular outcome.  This is nothing more than a goal; however, you can have all of your wishes/hopes/dreams/and desires you want, but if you don’t combine them together and create one thought centered around on that specific goal you will fail to create the action necessary to fulfill the achievement of your it.  They become nothing more than hopes, dreams, wishes, and desires.

To create a specific purpose and have it be more than just some thing you write on paper and read every day you need to break it down into smaller bites.   It is extremely necessary to be very clear in your mind what the desired results are – in detail.  This could be overtly difficult at first, to help you a bit…think about the end results.  What are you looking for, what do you want it to be when you have achieved it, and then start breaking it down.  For example, what actions are needed to move toward your specific purpose?  You want to focus in on the main points and narrow this down sufficiently to fit in your time limits.  You will want to be able to feel it, believe it, know it’s possible for you to achieve it, and see yourself after you have achieved it.  The next very important step is to make sure that you have taken the time to think about why you are worthy of this, or why do you deserve it and how will what your asking for benefit others when you have achieved it.

This is a very important part of this process.  You will want to be very specific about what the outcome is.  Do not leave any doubt in your mind as to how this will help or benefit someone else, and why you feel you deserve it…this is a must and needs to be completely broken down.  Once you have located this and you can precisely envision what is needed you can put together your actions moving forward to achieving it, and you have just defined what is a specific purpose and why do we need it.

If you want to place some fuel…or let’s say rocket fuel on to your specific purpose you will want to attach some emotions to them for example let’s say your specific purpose is to move into a brand new house.  To create some emotions around this start looking for houses…what kind of house do you want…how many bedrooms, what does the kitchen look like…create the picture in your mind?  Then why do you deserve this house…because you have been working two jobs and scrimping by on clothes, going out to eat, not buying things on a whim, walking to the store instead of wasting gas.  Ok so there is the why you feel you deserve it but who is really going to benefit from it.  How about seeing your kids sitting at the kitchen table as you help them with their home work instead of them having to work on the dusty floor you now have, and the new house will not need the constant work of you cleaning it so the dust doesn’t harm or make your children sick so they will be healthier, and you can now have meetings for your business at this new home so your home based business will grow ultimately giving your family and you and better lifestyle.  Do you see how the emotions can shoot your specific purpose into the universe…you can do this…we know you can…so how about you believe you can…Remember the saying “the world is your oyster” well it is – so Think big…
