Pt. 1: Retire Early With Passive Income

How many of you future retirees would enjoy the idea or concept

to retire early with passive income…quite a few we would guess.

We have an idea or concept that could easily work if enough of us

would join together.  In fact, this could easily become a reality

but first let’s examine a letter which has been circling the internet

but let’s change it up a bit but if you have seen it you will recognize it.

Come On Now…Who Wouldn’t….RIGHT!!!

 

The letter starts by saying “Instead of giving billions of dollars to

companies who squander the money on lavish parties and unearned

bonuses”, let’s use a plan simply called “Patriotic Retirement Plan“.

The rules are simple but you must agree to all of them to be involved with the Plan.

  • You must quit your current job…
  • You must buy a brand new car…
  • You must pay off your house or buy a new one…

 

For the purpose of this let’s say that out of 75 million of us

soon to reach retirement age only two thirds of them will agree.

That amounts to 50 million people who would agree to adopt

the “Patriotic Retirement Plan”.

 

Great so the government pays out 1 million dollars to each of the

50 million people so let’s see what this could do to our economy…

  • Quitting their jobs creates 50 million new job openings…Unemployment Fixed…
  • Buying a new car means 50 million cars ordered…Auto Industry Fixed…
  • They must buy or pay off their mortgage…Housing Crises Fixed…

 

Some time’s the simplest things can be fixed in some of

the simplest ways…and if for some reason the government would

like to fix Social Security then all that would be necessary would

be for all of Congress to be forced to retire on Social Security and

use Medicare…instead of receiving their full salary for the rest of

their lives…AND YOU KNOW WHAT WOULD HAPPEN…RIGHT!!!

WHAM BAM SOCIAL SECURITY & MEDICARE FIXED IMMEDIATELY…

YOU KNOW THAT IS SO TRUE…AGREED….

This in reality does sound like it could possibly work but once the

brains get to working on it finding all of the loopholes and use their

God given negative ability all of the pitfalls would be revealed…so…

what do we do…

 

WELL HERE COMES ANOTHER QUITE SIMPLE ANSWER….

 

We understand this is simply an email floating around and the

government would never do this but what we have done is figure

out an excellent way to do a similar thing even better….

 

Can you say…YEAH BABY!!!

 

By better we mean there is a way for all of us to retire early with

passive income and yes it’s just as simple to understand as this little

joke…if that is what you want to call it…

 

To us early, or late retirement is not a joking matter at our ages

and it’s our mission to help people pull together and form a soon to

retire community of people who are thinking of retirement, are just

about ready to retire, or have retired and had to go back into the

work force…that in itself is just straight up wrong…

Joe Schroeder…and The Million Mind March…Call

How many of you really get a chance to enjoy Joe Schroeder and the Million Mind March members call…quite a few I would guess… but not nearly enough.

 

The reason is quite simple most are not aware of it and those that are and haven’t experienced it our hearts go out to you.

 

Yesterday we experienced a fantastic call that so reminded us of that famous comedian Bill Engvall and his well know script with “Here’s your sign”.

 

Joe talked about the little guy or gal that sits on your shoulder and talks quit eloquently.  In fact, this little person is so convincing many people follow their advice and in doing so they keep themselves from experiencing some really unique experiences….

 

If you would just change the wording a bit from “Here’s your Sign” to just “Gotcha” you could easily fit this into your everyday life.  For example, let’s say your in a meeting and during the discussion you have what you believe is a very good idea and you think about voicing your idea…but that little person (in your mind) tells you ” keep quiet because it’s not that great of an idea and you will be embarrassed”, and so you do exactly what they say.  The only down side is someone else in your group comes up with a very similar idea and they voice their opinion and it is extremely well received – and that person is praised for their forward thinking…Guess What?…

 

 

 

What about you thinking about an idea for your business and you spend the time developing it and it’s time to implement it and the little person says to you “Hang on you need to think about this…last time you did something like this you failed horribly and you know what that felt like” so you withdraw from doing it only to find out over the next few days someone else did this very thing you thought about …and it was successful…Guess What?

 

 

 

 

Then there are those times when you think about doing something nice for someone and the opportunity presents itself where you may see an elderly person and they drop something … you can help by picking it up, or you have a chance to help a family member with something, or you just have a thought about making someone’s  life a bit happier by something you say…

 

but what do you do…you listen to that little person who says “just wait and see if the elderly person is having trouble picking it up or maybe someone closer to them will help them… or they tell you “don’t worry about that family member they will be fine and last time you thought about doing this someone else did and they got yelled at and we don’t want to get yelled at” or “Don’t be telling this person how great they are, their only sacking your groceries big deal, people do it every day, it’s their job…and you know how embarrassed your going to feel and we don’t like that feeling”  Guess What…

Are you tired of experiencing those feelings…you should be…you see we all have these little people who talk with us and what you want to understand is the good side, and then the not so good side.  The good side is nothing more than your heart telling you things…while your EGO is the not so good side…they don’t mean to hurt you they just want to protect you from getting hurt, or embarrassed but ask yourself how much does it hurt or embarrass you to help someone or just show them a piece of your heart…

A Question That Can Change Your Life

I have a question that when answered by you can change your life forever!!!!!!

What is it you ask?

What would your perfect Average Day look like, if there were no limits or consequences?

NO Really, think about it, this is a question that you should take your time on and really do, and it might even really really surprise you. This will change the way you look at everything, I promise.

If you have a home based business this is a must.  You must find what your perfect average day would be like that would be the first step you should discover. It will absolutely start you on the right path to riches.

Now you need to dive in and take your time.

Keep in mind the more you detail (using your 5 senses) the more you will get down to your CORE Identity.

If you didn’t have any Financial, geographic or health issues. and it wasn’t something that could get you into trouble.

You could do it every single day and you would never grow tired of SICK of it, what would your perfect average day look like, feel like, smell like to you.

Other things you need to think about:

Where would you live

What would your home look like

When do you get up, then what’s the first thing you would do?

What’s for breakfast (look like, feel like, taste like)

what would you spend your first 1/2 of day doing?

Do you go out for lunch if so with who, where?

What would you talk about at lunch?

Describe some of your friends and what they are like?

What would you do for personal development?

What’s your life purpose?

What do you do for your business?

How’s your relationship with your family (each one)

Do yourself the Biggest Favor of your life and do this exercise and find out who you really are and what your real desire’s are.

After completing this exercise I have another one for those of you that are in any type of business.  So make sure you keep an eye out for that one, it is a MUST every business owner should do.

This is the foundation to dig deep and find who and what you really want.
